Brand Name: Aval Catering Academy is the customer-facing brand (DBA) operated by Ange's Monde Inc.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Aval Catering Academy offer, you (“Customer,” “User,” or “Student”) agree to these legally binding Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all current and future Aval Catering Academy products, trainings, digital products, communities, bonuses, downloads, and educational services offered by Ange's Monde Inc. under the Aval Catering Academy brand.

1. Products & Services

Aval Catering Academy, a brand owned and operated by Ange's Monde Inc., offers digital educational products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Aval Catering Academy (Classroom + Community)

  • The Luxury Mocktail Recipe Vault™

  • E-books, recipe guides, templates, downloads, and educational resources

  • Digital trainings, workshops, and educational content

  • Supplier resources, vendor recommendations, and business tools

  • Community access, Q&A support, bonuses, and educational materials

  • Future digital products, trainings, templates, bonuses, or educational services

Some products may be updated, expanded, modified, reorganized, or improved over time at the discretion of Ange's Monde Inc.

2. Educational Use Only

All Aval Catering Academy materials are provided for personal educational use only.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, materials, systems, resources, recipes, templates, supplier information, or educational content.

You may not:

  • Share, reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell Academy materials

  • Repurpose content for commercial use

  • Share account access or login credentials

  • Teach, reproduce, or recreate Academy materials as your own

Unauthorized sharing or misuse of materials may result in revoked access and legal action where permitted.

3. Digital Product Delivery & Fulfillment

All Aval Catering Academy products, trainings, downloads, memberships, and educational materials are considered digital goods.

By purchasing and agreeing to these Terms at checkout, you acknowledge that digital fulfillment begins immediately.

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • Welcome or onboarding emails are sent

  • Community or classroom access is granted

  • Trainings, downloads, or materials become accessible

  • Login credentials or educational resources are delivered

Failure to:

  • Log in

  • Participate

  • Access materials

  • Locate onboarding emails

  • Complete trainings

does not invalidate fulfillment or qualify for refunds.

4. Enrollment, Access & Content Updates

Aval Catering Academy offers one-time enrollment products and digital educational resources.

Unless otherwise stated, Academy purchases may include lifetime access for as long as the program remains active and available.

Access may include:

  • Classroom materials

  • Community access

  • Downloads and templates

  • Educational bonuses

  • Future updates or improvements at Ange's Monde Inc. discretion

Ange's Monde Inc. reserves the right to improve, reorganize, update, remove, or expand materials, modules, resources, or bonuses to improve the student experience.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of Aval Catering Academy products, trainings, downloads, educational materials, and community access, no refunds, exchanges, credits, or payment reversals will be provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Failure to log in or participate

  • Non-use of materials

  • Lack of results

By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital access constitutes fulfillment and all purchases are final.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Attempting to dispute a payment may result in:

  • Removal from community access

  • Recovery efforts where permitted by law

Proof of access may include:

  • Community or course participation

7. Intellectual Property & Protected Materials

All Aval Catering Academy materials, including but not limited to:

  • Trainings and videos

  • Supplier resources and vendor information

  • Templates, resources, and educational content

  • Community materials and frameworks

are protected intellectual property owned by or licensed to Ange's Monde Inc.

You may not copy, share, record, reproduce, teach, resell, repurpose, distribute, or commercially use Academy materials without written permission.

Sharing account access or reproducing content may result in immediate removal and legal action where permitted.

8. Community Standards & Conduct

Students participating in Aval Catering Academy community spaces agree to:

  • Respect students, moderators, staff, and leadership

  • Avoid harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior

  • Not solicit or promote unauthorized services

  • Maintain professionalism and respectful conduct

Failure to follow community guidelines may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Results Disclaimer

Aval Catering Academy provides educational guidance, resources, and tools.

We do not guarantee results, including business growth, financial outcomes, bookings, revenue, clientele, or personal success.

Results vary based on individual effort, implementation, consistency, experience, and external factors.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future outcomes.

10. Testimonials & Marketing Use

By participating in Aval Catering Academy, you grant permission for Ange's Monde Inc. and Aval Catering Academy to use:

  • Testimonials

  • Reviews

  • Shared wins

  • Screenshots

  • Public feedback

  • Success stories

for educational, training, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

11. SMS Messaging Terms
